What is a Cocktail and Paint event?

A Cocktail (Sip) and paint event is a social gathering where participants are provided with art supplies, such as canvases, paints, brushes and more, and are guided (if needed )by a passionate instructor to create their own artwork. These events can be hosted at art studios, restaurants, parcs, or other venues, and are usually held in a casual, relaxed atmosphere where participants can unwind and have fun while being creative. SIP and paint events are often marketed as a unique and enjoyable way to spend time with friends, family, or colleagues, and no prior art experience is necessary to participate.
What's included in the admission price?

Everything is included. The material, the drinks, the food. After you book the event online, all you have to do, is to enjoy without having to pay for anything extra. If we are organizing in a restaurant or a bar, and you want to get drinks that are served out of the event, that is at your own personal cost.
Do you have any recommendations for the event?

I do not recommend wearing long sleeves as there is a risk of stains.
Is there a dress code for the event?

There is no dress code for the event. Come comfortable. Details that might help you : We take a lot of videos or pictures with the theme. Each person will decide if yes or not they would like to be photographed or not, and we respect their privacy. We have a beautiful decoration for the photos and if you want to match the theme to have a beautiful photo, you are welcome to. I always write the colors and the theme in the event description to help people get ready and have a visual of the event.
What types of cocktails will be served at the event?

There will be a theme for each event, and for each theme there will be a cocktail matching with a name, a story or color. It will be mostly alcoholic beverage. We also serve non-alcoholic cocktails if you do not like to have alcohol. We hereby declare that Ciaoo Cacaoo and employees declines all responsibility concerning alcohol. Any consumption or use of alcohol is at the individual's own discretion and risk. Ciaoo Cacaoo and employees shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or issues arising from the use or misuse of alcohol during or after our events.
Will there be food available at the event, and is it included in the admission price?

Offered !There will be snacks and finger foods. It will not be enough to fill you up. It's only a little snack to accompany the drink.
Are there any Vegetarian and/or Vegan Options

Our cocktails are usually vegan or vegetarian (might include egg white or cream) most of the time they are vegan. Our Snacks are a mix of everything, some charcuterie, with cheese, fruits and veggies. Homemade hummus and tzatziki sauce. If you are Vegan or Vegetarian please let us know. We will do a what we can to accommodate you better. Please keep in mind we are not a restaurant and we offer snacks, we do not have a liscence to sell food.
Are there any non-alcoholic beverage options available at the event?

We have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails during the events. We also serve tap water as it's important to stay hydrated.
Can I purchase bottles of alcohol or soft drinks at the event?

We do not sell alcohol. We do not sell any type of drinks. We have an event with a theme and to make it more chic, we make cocktails. We do not sell any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. Keep in mind we do not have a liscence to sell Alcohol, we offer Cocktails for the theme. We hereby declare that Ciaoo Cacaoo and employees declines all responsibility concerning alcohol. Are there any age restrictions for attending a Cocktail and Paint event?

As there is alcohol, it is preferable that you are +18. If you want to bring your child is 8+, you can contact us prior to the event, and we will organize non-alcoholic cocktails for him/her. Only accompanied by an adult parent unless it's a kid's Event. Keep in mind we do not have a liscence to sell Alcohol, we offer Cocktails for the theme. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

Our cancelling policy is 7days in advance for full refund. Cancellation Policy: •You can cancel up to 7 days before your booking date and receive a full refund. •If you cancel 4 days before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund or have the option to exchange your booking for a new full booking. •Other than that, you will only have the option to exchange your booking date and will not be eligible for a refund. We rent places and reserve food/drinks based on the right number of people. Thank you for your understanding.
Are there any restrictions on how many cocktails I can sample at the event?

We count two (2) cocktails per person for an event that lasts approx.3 hours. The goal is not to get tipsy, but to enjoy painting while we sip on a tasty cocktail, that gives us an exotic vibe. As it's important to hydrate, tap water will also be available for everyone. Keep in mind we do not have a liscence to sell Alcohol, we offer Cocktails for the theme. Can I bring my own cocktail and food to the event?

No, we prefer not. We prefer that every one has the same drinks that are offered at the event. If you don't want any alcoholic beverage , there are alcohol free cocktails, and water served at the event. Same for the food, we prefer that people do not bring their food at this event. We encourage people to eat prior to the event so that they don't have a feeling of discomfort (hunger) during the event. There will be some snacks and finger food offered at the event. Do you organise private paint events, birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette or team building events?

Yes, you can e-mail me at this address hello@ciaoocacaoo.com to organize your private event. a) We will either rent an entire venue, allowing you to choose: The theme The drinks The music playlist b) Alternatively, we can select a restaurant or venue together. We will contact your chosen location for a collaboration and keep you updated on every detail. Pricing will depend on your choices and the collaboration details. Prices may range from 65–75 CHF per person.
Do loyal customers get any discount?
